Important Policies

  • Final Guest Count: Confirm at least two days before the event.
  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
  • Full Payment: Due two days before the event with the final guest count.
  • Payment Methods: Up to 4 cards or 3 cards plus cash. No checks accepted.

Event Planner Fee
We charge a planner fee to ensure everything runs smoothly with unlimited questions for all the days before the event:

  • Small Events: (15-24 Guest)$50
  • Semi-Private Events: (25-45 Guest) $100
  • Private Events: (46 -150 Guest) $200

This fee covers personalized coordination, timeline management, vendor communication, and ensuring your event flows effortlessly.
